Ingredients
24 Island Creek oysters
½ cup traditional stout beer, refrigerated (choose your favorite)
2 tablespoons shallot, minced
1 tablespoon malt vinegar
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
►Shuck oysters.
►Mix shallots with the stout, malt vinegar, and black pepper in small bowl.
►Spoon mignonette over freshly shucked oysters to serve.
