A well-paired wine tasting is a thing of beauty, but sometimes you just want a nice, cold beer. Luckily, Chef Ming Tsai at Fort Point’s Blue Dragon is well aware of this fact. For their June Beer Dinner, Blue Dragon will be serving up some of their Eastern-style small plates alongside a carefully paired selection of beers from their neighbors at Trillium Brewing Company. Tickets are $100 and include a six-course tasting menu along with six different freshly-brewed beers from Trillium.
